Sales Head - LT Panels

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Costing and Design Engineer to join our LT Panel Division. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, designing electrical panels as per customer requirements and industry standards (IS/IEC), and supporting project execution with engineering documentation.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

  • Establish partnerships with contractors, builders, EPC firms, Consultants, and OEMs.

  • Meet potential clients, understand their technical and commercial requirements, and offer customized solutions.

  • Work closely with the design and engineering team to provide technical recommendations.

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Develop strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of LT Panels, switchgear, MCC, PCC, APFC panels, and related electrical equipment.

  • Ability to read electrical drawings and suggest customized solutions.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, solution selling, and contract negotiation.

  • Experience in dealing with corporate clients, EPCs, and government tenders is preferred.

  • Deep knowledge of the electrical industry, market players, and industry regulations.
