Senior Sales Executive - Industrial Automation
About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Executive in our Industrial Automation Division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key industrial clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, delivering customized automation solutions, and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation segment (e.g., manufacturing, process industries, automotive, FMCG, etc.).
Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximize business potential.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate automation solutions, including PLCs, SCADA systems, drives, sensors, and robotic systems.
Collaborate with the technical pre-sales and engineering teams to deliver value-driven proposals and demonstrations.
Qualification & Skills
5+ years of experience in industrial automation sales or related technical sales roles.
Strong understanding of automation products and industrial processes.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience: 5-10 Years
