Senior Sales Executive - Industrial Automation

About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Executive in our Industrial Automation Division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key industrial clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, delivering customized automation solutions, and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation segment (e.g., manufacturing, process industries, automotive, FMCG, etc.).

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximize business potential.

  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate automation solutions, including PLCs, SCADA systems, drives, sensors, and robotic systems.

  • Collaborate with the technical pre-sales and engineering teams to deliver value-driven proposals and demonstrations.

Qualification & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation sales or related technical sales roles.

  • Strong understanding of automation products and industrial processes.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
