Return policy

Caterpillar Electric Pvt. Ltd. does not accept returns and does not offer refunds.

Why

Every LT panel and automation system we supply is engineered and built to the customer’s own specification, drawings and approvals. Because each order is made for one customer and one site, it can’t be resold or restocked.

Before you order

Please check the approved drawings, bill of materials and technical specification carefully before confirming your order. Once an order is confirmed, it can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded.
